Over more than 20 years, she has built her career across beauty, luxury and consumer goods, at Sephora, LVMH and FrieslandCampina, living and working in four countries. Having started in retail, she brings a blend of commercial instinct, strategic HR leadership and transformation experience. Her conviction: a business strategy is only as strong as the people strategy behind it.
